About Me

I began my journey of massage in 1994 in California.  I've continued my massage practice since moving to Texas in 1996.  I've since added Yoga Teacher Training and an Esthetician License to add facials, waxing, chemical peels and more.  It's a one stop shop for health and beauty.  

I have over 3000 hours of continuing education in a variety of different types of bodywork including:  Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Total Body Balancing,  Visceral Manipulation, SomatoEmotional Release, Jin Shin Juystu, Reiki, Medical Massage, Thai massage, yoga, structural balancing, esthetics, Halographic sound and PSYCH-K

I have experience working with disabilites such as Cerebral Palsy, Cranial distortions (birth trauma, head injuries), Autism, Spinal disorders, Sports/work injuries, Emotional/physical traumas, pregnancy/infertility issues, and much more.

I specialize in intergrating a combination of modalities to customize your needs.  I have compassionate hands to help you on your healing path.
